Digital Products - All Sales Final

All items in this shop are digital products. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.

No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations

Once a file has been purchased and delivered, I cannot offer:

  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations

Before You Purchase

Technical Support

If you experience a technical issue with your download, such as:

  • Corrupted or damaged files
  • Inability to access your purchase
  • Missing files from your order

Please contact me at alissa@brightenandbless.com within 7 days of purchase, and I will be happy to help resolve the issue and ensure you receive the file you paid for.

Exceptions
